On July 3rd, TIA’s Summer Camp officially began. The students were welcomed with gifts, including Canadian mementos and coloring books. Students completed their ESL assessments, and then they were got familiarized with the surroundings of the school. The ESL Summer Camp is an opportunity for international students of diverse backgrounds and age groups to learn English as a Second Language and have some fun while enjoying Canadian summer days.
Our ESL students had an orientation of the school and class, while getting acquainted with each other. This week, they will be going on a trip to the Mississauga Library, and on the weekend, they will be going on an excursion to Niagara Falls. We look forward to more learning and fun adventures with them over the next few weeks!
