If you are unable to obtain a study permit, a letter of refusal from immigration must be presented to the Admission Officer. Please attach the original Letter of Acceptance and the original receipt with the request. Be sure to keep a copy of these documents for yourself.
Your tuition fee will be refunded, less administration fee (USD $100.00) and the non-refundable registration fee (USD $250). Reimbursement will be processed once the original receipt and Letter of Acceptance have been returned. After a Study Permit has been granted, no refund of tuition fees will be made if the student withdraws.

- If you withdraw from the course two weeks before the first class, we will fully refund your tuition without any obligations.
- If you withdraw from the course one to thirteen days before the first class, we will fully refund your tuition less the registration fee.
- Once the class begins, there is no refund.
